Paul Harline 1928-2026

Paul Hartline passed away at home on Feb. 7, 2026, surrounded by family and friends.

He was born in August 1928 to Paul and Verna Hartline in Pennsylvania. Paul grew up on a multi-generational farm in Birdsboro near the Daniel Boone homestead and enjoyed fishing and baseball.

After his honorable discharge, Paul returned to Pennsylvania but decided to join his cousin in traveling to California where he met the love of his life, Nadine Fairman. They married after only three months of dating and were together for 67 years.

Paul worked for over 40 years in the aerospace industry before retiring. Together he and Nadine raised four children in Southern California. For many years they attended the Church of Christ.

Five years ago, they moved to beautiful Mariposa and enjoyed family, friends and spending time together on their back porch in nature; watching the creek flow and delighting in their “waterfall,” the deer and birds.

He was proceeded in death by his parents, Paul and Verna Hartline; daughter, Christine and son, Mark.

Paul is survived by his wife Nadine and by his children Julie (Carlo) and David, his children’s widowers Kevin and Paula. Paul is also survived by his grandchildren Justin, Devon, Ryan, step-grandchildren Kelsey and Colton and cherished friends Cindy, Daren, Jackie, Brittany and her beautiful girls.
